WHO IS CM OFFICE SUPPORT?

My name is Claire Zimmerman, and I am the proud owner and operator of CM Office Support. 


WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?

I became a Virtual Assistant in December of 2007, after spending over 25 years in secretarial and administrative positions in various industries, including mortgage lending, construction, and the legal field.  Since my background is as varied as the work I do as a VA, I bring to the table numerous qualifications that come from "doing it all", enabling me to walk in your shoes and not only meet your needs, but exceed them.  I have always been a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of person, and I always go beyond the call of duty...it's just part of my nature.  I like to help, fix, and organize...and these traits are priceless in a VA!

Although the corporate world was very good to me, I always dreamed of being an entrepreneur.  Combining what I do best with the desire for business ownership led me to the VA world.  Quality customer service, accurate and on-time work, pride in a job well done, and proactive thinking have always been my strongest suits, and these translate into being a great VA.

Having grown up an Air Force brat, I am nomadic by nature; therefore, this profession is perfect for me!  Wherever I chose to live, my vocation goes with me, and in turn, as CM Office Support is a virtual business, my clients  go with me.

I am able to complete a one-time project or task, but once having worked with me, you will find a person who looks out for you and your interests, a competent and valuable associate, and a kindred soul.  My ethical standards are the highest, and I will always protect you and your business.  

I strive always to learn and better myself, both personally and professionally.  Once I become involved in something, I immerse myself in the experience. 

WHAT KIND OF EDUCATION DO YOU HAVE?

The combination of many years of on-the-job training and formal education has made me the person I am today: a versatile, creative, knowledgeable, and caring individual.

I graduated from the Sawyer School of Business many moons ago, as a Legal Secretary/Assistant, and have also completed quite a few college courses.  I have trained on many computer systems over the years, and have trained, supervised, and managed others in the course of my career.  

HOW ABOUT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

I enjoy an eclectic mix of genres when it comes to books, music, television, and movies.  I enjoy drawing and painting, traveling, home renovations, cooking, and networking with other virtual assistants.  Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my husband Geno, our dog Tucker, our cat Harley, and our family and friends.  I am one lucky woman!
